1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bayty platform operated by Bayty Technologies (“Bayty”, “we”, “us”), accessible at baytyai.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
The platform is intended for verified construction professionals, firms, developers, public authorities, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project owners operating worldwide. You must provide accurate registration information and complete any required verification before your account is activated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Verification
Bayty operates a verification process to confirm the credentials and identity of platform users. You agree to submit accurate verification documents and acknowledge that Bayty may suspend or terminate accounts where verification cannot be completed or where submitted information is found to be false.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by uploading unlawful content, misrepresenting your credentials, infringing third-party rights, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with platform security or availability. Bayty reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Bayty and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant Bayty a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bayty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Bayty does not guarantee the conduct or credentials of any third-party user beyond the scope of its verification process.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Bayty contracting entity and the relevant customer agreement. Enterprise, government, and white-label agreements may include separate governing law, venue, and data-processing terms.
